Affordable Housing Loan Program
CDCB offers a 4.5%, 18 year loan with payments as low as $350.00 (depending on loan amount) with no down payment.

Rural and Colonia Loan Program
CDCB offers a 3.5%, 20 year loan with payments as low as $200.00 (depending on loan amount) with a $60 down payment.

State of Texas Mortgage Revenue Bond Program
CDCB through the State MRB Program originates loans with interest rates ranging from 4.45% - 6.95% (depending on qualifications), 30 year loans with payments as low as $450.00 (depending on loan amount) with a 3% down payment. For qualified applicants a grant of up to $10,000 for closing cost and downpayment assistance is also available.

United States Department of Agriculture/Rural Development
CDCB through the USDA originates a 1%-7% interest loan (depending on annual income), 33 year mortgage with payments as low as $350.00.

CDCB Mutual Self Help Bootstrap Loan Program
CDCB through TDHCA offers a 0%, 30 year 2nd. Lien mortgage for up to $30,000 to families participating in the Self Help Program.

Ameriquest Loan Program
CDCB partners with Ameriquest to provide a 30 year, fixed rate loan based on 275 basis points over the 10-year treasury. Interest rates will be reduced by 50 bps for each 12 consecutive months when the borrower makes timely payments. A maximum of 200 bps can be applied for total rate reduction within the first 48 months of the loan term.

My Community Mortgage Loan Program
CDCB partners with Fannie Mae to provide a 30 year, fixed rate loan called My Community Mortgage loan.  This product serves low-to-moderate income borrowers and allows them to get a mortgage with as little as $500 from the borrower’s own funds.
